IED (improvised explosive device) used to represent an assassin in anti-terrorism exercises

“Splatter leg” amputation for TCCC/TECC exercises; thigh amputation with blood pump system and a 1.5-liter blood reservoir, as well as a lower leg amputation. This can be used to simulate pulsating bleeding. Hemostasis is achieved by pressing the palpable femoral artery (large leg artery) with your fingers or a tourniquet.
